Return/ Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within two business days via Registered Mail unless indicated otherwise during the checkout process. If we have trouble doing so, we will contact you immediately. The price is a flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $150. Orders that exceed $150 USD are eligible for Free USPS Shipping and delivery takes between 7-14 days.
Please keep in mind we do not ship over major holidays where there is no regular mail service or over weekends, and any orders placed on Friday afternoon will not go out until the following Monday.
Please make sure that your name and address are correct when you check out. We will not be responsible for your order if the address that you provide is incorrect.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer re4funds or exchanges for products or gift cards online
Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged. We ask that you return your items via insured UPS. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please allow up to two to four weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund or exchange will be made depending on your request.
Order Cancellations
In the event you should want to cancel your order, please call us at 954.481.0650 or contact us online. We must receive notification before your order is processed. We cannot cancel your order once it has shipped. If the order is refused when it arrives, we cannot be responsible for your order and we will not issue any refunds.
Please note, there will be a restocking fee of 25% of the total purchase price, and you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees that result from your order’s cancellation.
